Europa League Outright Preview

Manchester United retained favouritism for the Europa League after the round of 16 ties and With Arsenal losing to Sporting Lisbon the English side have shortened in the market. Erik Ten Hag’s men are 11/8 with Paddy Power to lift the Europa League this season and with some of the best talent in world football in their squad, they are rightly at the top of the betting.

Marcus Rashford is one of the players in top form for Manchester United and with Anthony and Jaden Sancho finding some form, the attacking options for them are going to take some stopping in the later stages of the competition.

Next in the betting are Juventus who are having an average season in Serie A by their high standards as they currently sit in 7th place in Serie A which is a pretty poor return for a team who are usually fighting it out at the top.

Jose Mourinho’s Roma are next in the betting at 6/1 with Paddy Power and after winning the Europa Conference league last season, they will be gunning to win another European trophy this season.

Even though 11/8 with Paddy Power is quite a short price, the quality of the remaining sides in the competition should not pose a massive threat to Manchester United, who should be able to navigate their way to the final.

With the strength in depth that Manchester United have, this is a huge advantage for them when facing some of Europe’s top sides, who don’t have the qualities all over the pitch that Manchester United do.
