New York Jets had won 3 games in a row before losing at home to the Los Angeles Chargers on Monday night and the short week may not work in their favour.
The three wins before that included an overtime win over the Giants at home, beating Philadelphia Eagles at home, which was the biggest scalp of them all, and then going to Denver and winning.
It promises to be a bruising and low scoring encounter, but the freshness of the Raiders and the fact they are solid enough at home, can secure them a big win in the hope of qualifying for the play-offs
