Liverpool average three goals at home this season, so Everton will have to defend really well to compete with the firepower that Liverpool have.
Expect Sean Dyche’s men to defend deep, however, as they have shown at times this season, they can counter attack well and expect them to try and expose Liverpool’s high line as they bid to cause a massive upset.
Goals from Garner, Harrison and Doucoure saw Everton record their first home win of the season and although Everton lost to Luton at home, they did record an away win at Brentford where Doucoure was again on the score sheet.
The main centre forward for Everton is Calvert-Lewin and he is desperate to get back to regular goal scoring form, but with that goal against Brentford, he can look to take any chances that his team can create.
They say form goes out the window for local derbies and Everton have caused Liverpool in the past, but expect the home side to keep up their scoring boots in this derby, but the away side can make a game of it.
