Leeds United got their Championship season back on track with a 4-3 against newly promoted Ipswich Town who had started the season very well.

Naturally Leeds number one priority is to secure promotion back to the Premier League, however their exciting brand of attacking football can once again be on shown as they head to Salford City in the 2nd round of the Carabao Cup.
For the League two side, their opening 4 games of the season hasn’t gone exactly as they would have planned.
After an opening draw at home to Crawley, who were many peoples tip for relegation, they lost 2-0 away at Grimsby, which was followed by a 4-3 away win at Tranmere. Goals from Smith and a Callum Hendry hat-trick game Salford City their first League win of the season.
On Saturday Salford City lost 2-1 at home to Accrington and although having 65% of possession, they couldn’t muster many shots on target as only two of them troubled the keeper of which one found the back of the net.
As Leeds head into Salford, they will be looking for a response in front of the Sky cameras.
